Jack and Nathan decided to form a partnership in February 2023, being family we had always shared a passion for welding and fabrication, Nathan started his welding career as a apprentice back in 2004 for a company in the dairy industry working in many factories local and afar as well as completing a multitude of projects air conditioning. Nathan soon became a natural in Tig welding progressing quickly into having a love for pipe welding in the process industry. He became extremely skilled in thin wall stainless steel tube and general box section and plate fabrication.10 years on he decided to start a business within the scaffolding industry in which he went on a journey learning how to become not only a tradesman but also to learn the fine lessons within sales, project management, recruitment and customer satisfaction. After successfully running his scaffolding business he decided to team up with Jack in a new venture. Jack has an obsession for perfection and enjoyed 8 successful years at his previous company completing a time served apprenticeship and left with a wealth of knowledge working in many different sectors such as the dairy/processing pipe work industry , the waterboard , the ministry of defence and in his final years completing a large project in the nuclear industry. Together we form a great bond in which is filled with a wealth of experience and knowledge to complete whatever challenge lies in front of us. After 1 year we decided to employ an apprentice with a great belief in the system that we had both progressed through we wanted to create another version of us teaching James the dos and don’ts from our previous experiences to allow us to create a Mold for how we see PWS shaping up in the future. Finally Charlie was the latest piece to the puzzle, Charlie is a subcontractor that we heavily rely on throughout the year and we like to treat him as if he was permanent staff , a fantastic willing attitude and work rate that strives to produce the best work possible he is a real credit to round off our small team.

We have a spacious workshop with reliable contacts to allow us to cope with large projects right from the start in a concept design through to the finished product delivered and installed, we also offer additional support to workforces that may need ongoing works to cope with their demands which leaves us in premises at times to support ongoing site works.
