At PWS, we bring over 30 years of experience across multiple sectors, specialising in TIG welding and stainless steel fabrication. Our approach is built on shared values that align with both our dedicated team and our valued customers.

Directors Nathan and Jack are dedicated to delivering work that meets rigorous industry standards, regardless of project size. Every customer is treated with the same level of professionalism, care, and attention, ensuring consistent quality and service throughout.

 

The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and governance, guiding the long-term direction of the business while ensuring that all decisions align with our core values, customer needs, and industry responsibilities. Leveraging extensive experience in engineering, manufacturing, and leadership, the Board establishes clear priorities that promote sustainable growth and operational excellence. Through oversight of strategy, investment, and performance, the Board empowers our teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and high-quality manufactured products. Its commitment to accountability, resilience, and continuous improvement to our facilities whilst supportin our ability to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

 

PWS was established in 2023, with a strong commitment from the outset to investing in young talent and building high standards within our team. Within our first year, we welcomed our apprentice, James, reflecting our dedication to developing future skilled professionals.

 

James has demonstrated excellent progress throughout his apprenticeship and is now approaching completion, with qualification expected by the end of 2026. Upon completion, he will become PWS’s first fully trained apprentice, continuing his journey as a skilled and valued member of the team.
